Health and Safety

The safety of fans, artists and staff remains our top priority. Event Organizers are in regular communication with local health and public safety officials and will follow all current recommendations and guidelines in place at the time of the festival. As the event approaches, patrons may receive regular updates with important information regarding safety protocols, policies and procedures before entering the venue.

 

COVID-19 Warning
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending the event.

 

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

 

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

 

If for any reason vaccination proof, negative test, mask or some other steps are required by law, they will be set by the governmental authorities and we will follow those rules. Check back before the show for a full outline of what is required for entry.

Info About Tubes

Yes, regular size poster tubes will generally be allowed in the venue. Some will be available for sale while supplies last.

Can we bring poster portfolios inside so if we buy prints we don’t have to roll them into a tube?

Yes portfolios are allowed.

Do people have to buy tickets online, or will they be available at the door?

Tickets will be available at the box office. Children under 10 and seniors are free GA. 

What items are NOT allowed inside the theater?

  • Outside food or beverages
  • Alcohol or drugs
  • Chewing gum
  • Glass bottles, metal cans, etc
  • Fireworks, laser pointers, flashlights, etc
  • Weapons, toy guns, blades, pepper spray, etc
  • Glow sticks, glow gloves, glow pacifiers, etc
  • Noise making devices, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, etc
  • Beach balls, balloons
  • Skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc
  • Animals (with the exception of service animals)
  • Any other item or apparel deemed inappropriate by Fox Theater Pomona management

Can I bring my prescription medication inside the theater?

Yes. Medication bottles must have your full legal name and prescription date. You must also provide legal photo ID.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

No. No handheld cameras or professional recording devices allowed. Only cellphone cameras. No flash.

Can I pick up my Will Call tickets before the day of the show?

No. Will Call tickets can only be picked up on the day of the show. Will Call will be open (1) hour before the scheduled door time. The Will Call location will be at the entrance of the Fox Theater Pomona.
