Q: Will posters be available for purchase at the event?

A: Yes! Artists will be selling their work directly. Bring cash, credit, or mobile payment options.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets online, or can I purchase them at the door?

A: Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the door on the day of the event. Children under 12 receive free entry with a General Admission (GA) ticket holder.

Q: What payment methods do vendors accept?

A: Each artist handles their own sales. Most accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay, but cash is always a good back

Q: Can I bring a poster tube into the venue?

A: Yes, standard-sized poster tubes are generally allowed. There may be some available for purchase at the event, but availability is not guaranteed.

Q: Can I bring a poster portfolio to store my prints?

A: Yes, poster portfolios are allowed inside the venue to help protect your prints. Please be mindful of space and other attendees when carrying larger portfolios.

Q: Do artists sign or personalize posters?

A: Many artists offer signatures or personalizations. Ask at their booth!

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.

Q: Can I bring my own posters to get signed?

A: Some artists may allow personal items to be signed, but policies vary by artist.

Q: Are service animals allowed?

A: Yes, service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed.

Q: Can I bring a backpack?

A: Small bags are usually allowed, but large backpacks may be subject to security checks.

Q: What items are NOT allowed inside the venue?

A: Prohibited items include:
• Outside food, drinks, alcohol, and gum
• Glass bottles, cans, or hazardous materials
• Weapons, toy guns, blades, or pepper spray
• Fireworks, laser pointers, and flashlights
• Glow sticks, noise makers, and large inflatables
• Skateboards, rollerblades, or similar items
• Animals (except service animals)
• Any item deemed inappropriate by venue staff or management

Q: What are the health and safety guidelines for the event?

A: The safety of our fans, artists, and staff is our top priority. We will follow all local health guidelines in place at the time of the event. If masks, vaccination proof, or other protocols are required by law, we will comply with those regulations. Please check back before the event for the latest updates. By attending, you assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.
