EVENT & WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Colourhaiku.com. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Colour Haiku, as owned by Invisible Industries LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), in partnership with Gabba Gallery (the “Event Venue”), reserves the right to modify, move, or delete any part of this Agreement or the Site, including these Terms of Service, at any time without prior notice. Any exceptions made to these terms are at the sole discretion of the Company. Changes become effective upon posting, and continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITIES & INDEMNIFICATION
Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizers, the Event Venue, vendors, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their actions, conduct, or failure to comply with event rules.

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT FOR EVENT ATTENDEES
By attending, you grant the event organizers the irrevocable right to use photographs, video, or other media captured at the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

EVENT PARTICIPATION & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, and theft. You assume all risks and waive any claims against the event organizers, the Event Venue, vendors, sponsors, and affiliated parties.

EVENT CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
The event organizers shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, natural disasters, labor strikes, or venue unavailability. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AT THE EVENT
In the event of a medical emergency, attendees authorize event staff to seek medical treatment on their behalf. The event organizers and affiliated parties assume no liability for any medical expenses incurred.

EVENT BEHAVIOR & REMOVAL POLICY
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of event policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

WEBSITE WAIVER & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
This Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
