Here’s some helpful information about the upcoming event! We will be updating this page as the event gets closer.

7-10pm
Saturday Sept 16th
5:30 am Staff/Venue pre set up. Tables, Grids, signs
•Artists load in 7am-9:30am
Feel free to load in and out under the marquee if there is space and then go park. All of Gary Avenue is usually good for loading.
There is paid parking all around the venue in downtown Pomona
•Doors open for VIP 9:30am
•Doors open for GA 10 am
•Lunch for exhibitors and sponsors provided by Luchador Bar+Kitchen, Pomona
•Music starts at noon. Approx. 30 minute sets in 30 minute intervals – full band schedule a week before the event
•Show close 6pm
•6PM GROUP PHOTOS!
•Artist loadout 6pm-9pm
•Closing Artist and Staff Mixer 9pm on the Rooftop of the Fox Theater
•Booth Setup: 8 foot tables, 2 chairs, 4 grids, please remember to bring your own clips and table cloths. Standard 8 foot table cloth should work.
•Optional inclusions: Power if needed for booth (please request)
•Please feel free to brand your booth however you like can be your company name or your own name or both.
•Tips for banners and signs: Keep in mind the size and way its hung can take up space for displaying your posters and products.
Marketing
We are putting together a looped video for the main stage. There will also be screens for digital posters outside the venue. We can have as many static images as we want on rotation.
